Our clients found potential in a charming home despite the tiny, dated kitchen just inside the back door. After brainstorming multiple remodeling options, it was determined that the best solution for this home would be a new addition. The clients agreed, and this vaulted, airy space was created just off the dining room. The pre-planning of layout, storage, windows and doors led to a perfectly sized addition that meets the needs of a growing family. And what about the space that used to house a tiny kitchen just inside the back door? The homeowners transformed that into a new, highly functional mudroom.
